Day of the Dead.
Year 9 students researched the Mexican
Day of the Dead festival.
They studied the skeleton and skull and
designed clothed skeletons doing activities
ranging from playing football to sky diving.
They made a wire armature. This was
built up with papier mache and modroc
(plaster bandage).
Some made the heads using model magic.
The clothes were made with paper and paste.
